Such as land/human use, districts or neighborhoods that border or influence your site? Climate, views, topography, historic sites, etc. Thinking about connections, what connections are important to you, to your site? What are the opportunities? Public green space and bike paths sound appealing, are they really? Next, zoom in and bring some qualitative analysis to your context.
